Lungomare Fregene [public.2006]
Riqualificazione lungomare di Fregene (Roma).
L’idea è individuare un elemento aggregante, in grado di ricostruire la continuità del fronte su entrambi i tratti della costa e di strutturarlo consentendo l’eventuale applicazione al tratto attualmente escluso dall’intervento progettuale. Individuato il modulo più adatto alla morfologia dell’area e compatibile con le varie funzioni da inserire si è proceduto alla risoluzione di alcune problematiche legate all’area ed espresse nel bando: dotare le aree delle idonee attrezzature per il tempo libero e per le attività sportive (pista ciclabile, campi da gioco, aree per i giochi d’infanzia, aree commerciali), strutturare tali funzioni per rendere il lungomare fruibile tutto l’anno, aumentare e strutturare i parcheggi per decongestionare l’assembramento di autovetture nei mesi estivi, rendere di nuovo visibile il mare attraverso una passeggiata panoramica. Il risultato progettuale è un muro unificatore, che delimita un volume puro e austero, su cui si integrano tutte le funzioni, comprese quelle previste dalle altre sezioni del Bando. The idea is to identify an item strong, able to reconstruct the face of continuity on both sections of the coast and structured allowing any application to stretch currently excluded by design. Located in the form most suited to the morphology and compatible with the various functions to be taken in resolving some issues in the area and expressed notice: equip areas of suitable facilities for leisure and sports activities (cycle track, playing fields, areas for the games of childhood, commercial areas), structuring these functions to make the waterfront accessible to the entire year, and increase parking structure to relieve congestion on the assembly of cars in the summer months, make again see the sea through a walk overview. The result is a wall design unifying, it delimits a volume pure and austere, which integrate all functions, including those provided by other sections of the competition. Project selected.
